The way I work: Holistic coaching – Awareness – Mindfulness – Slowing down

Start

Very practically, after our intro call to assess whether I am the right coach for you, we will have a series of 5 one-on-one sessions so that you will achieve lasting results. Sometimes, you may want to come back after those 5 sessions. That is possible, for one or more individual sessions.

We work as a team, we do it together. In our sessions you can be completely yourself. I invite you to trust that I will listen to you without judgement, that everything is confidential and that we will take steps together, so that you can go forward again in the right direction.

Results

The result we’re aiming for is for you to feel less overwhelmed, happier, more balanced and to have self-confidence to face the challenges of motherhood. You will start noticing all the ways you’re absolutely adequate as a parent, as a partner, as a human even. This will make it easier for you to find joy again in what you do; and to reconnect in a meaningful way with yourself, with your partner, and with your child.

From this place of peace of mind and centeredness, it will be easier to figure out what it is that you really want in life and what suits you best. And you will trust yourself to accomplish it, even when there are a number of things to be taken care of on the daily.

Unity of body and mind

My way of coaching is holistic and I get a lot of inspiration from yoga and meditation. This means that I look at a human being as a whole, a unity of body, mind and soul. I work from a vision that it’s healing and even necessary to slow down on a regular basis and be aware. Especially in a world that gets more digital by the day and wherein we are confronted with many stimuli each day, slowing down and becoming aware of what’s going on inside of us is essential. If you never slow down, there’s no room to explore what it is that you really want in life and what suits you best. This way you can see and understand underlying and limiting beliefs. It also helps you to become more aware of your emotions.
